田中家族以鐮刀與農具鍛造起家,傳承逾百年。
為精進工藝,田中誠貴曾前往福井縣「清水刃物」修業三年,
1999 年返鄉加入家族工房「田中一之刃物製作所」,
正式投入手工料理刀鍛造,以精準火候 × 粗獷槌目紋理聞名國際。
