The name “Suke-nari” reflects the idea of
“becoming the cook’s right hand” — reliable, precise, and indispensable.
Since its founding, Sukenari has specialized in Honyaki forging,
and has continuously expanded its expertise from traditional carbon steels
to advanced alloys and powder metallurgy steels.
Today, Sukenari is one of the very few workshops capable of consistently
producing high-end steels such as HAP40, ZDP189, and SG2 with exceptional heat treatment.
