本刀由越前鍛冶名匠 佐治武士 全手工打造,核心採用頂級不鏽粉末鋼 SPG STRIX,具備優異的硬度(HRC 約 65)、強韌性與耐腐蝕性。

此鋼種擁有如碳鋼般的研磨手感與鋒利度,同時享有不鏽鋼的易保養特性,是專業廚師與刀具愛好者的理想選擇。

文化包丁(Bunka)融合了菜切與三德的優點,刀尖略帶角度,可進行細部雕切,亦適合日常蔬果與肉類處理,是兼具功能性與風格的萬用刀型。

⚠ 請勿用於冷凍食材、剁骨或重摔(出刃、剁刀除外)

Hand-forged by master craftsman Takeshi Saji in Echizen, this knife uses top-grade SPG STRIX powdered stainless steel, known for its superb hardness (approx. HRC 65), durability, and corrosion resistance.
It offers a sharpening feel and cutting performance similar to carbon steel while benefiting from the easy maintenance of stainless — an ideal choice for both professional chefs and knife enthusiasts.

The Bunka is a versatile multipurpose knife that combines the flat profile of a Nakiri with the utility of a Santoku. Its angled tip allows for fine detail work, while the broad blade handles vegetables, meats, and general prep with ease — a stylish and highly functional everyday kitchen tool.

📌 Usage & Care Notes
⚠ Do not use on frozen foods, bones, or for hard impact (except with designated knives like deba or cleavers)
🧼 Clean with water and neutral detergent, using a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly
🛡 For carbon steel knives, apply rust-preventive oil regularly
🔪 Maintain edge sharpness with a whetstone; avoid pull-through sharpeners
