刀匠介紹|田中誠貴 Shigeki Tanaka
來自日本兵庫縣三木市的第四代刀匠。家族原以鍛造鐮刀與農具起家,擁有超過百年歷史。
誠貴師曾赴福井「清水刃物」修行三年,1999 年返鄉後正式進入家族企業「田中一之刃物製作所」,開始專注於手工料理刀的鍛造製作。
風格粗獷卻不失細膩,線條乾淨利落,刀紋有著獨特的匠人氣息。深受日本與歐美米其林廚師、高級餐飲職人愛用。

A fourth-generation blacksmith from Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
The Tanaka family originally forged sickles and farm tools, building a legacy over more than a century.
Shigeki Tanaka trained at Shimizu Hamono in Fukui for three years before returning home in 1999 to join the family business, Tanaka Kazuyuki Hamono, where he has since specialized in handcrafted kitchen knives.
