創立於昭和初期，位於新潟縣三條市，是一家擁有逾 70 年歷史的小型手工鍛造鐵匠鋪。

現任第二代師傅・増田健 堅持使用昭和時代的傳統工法，經多道鍛打工序，打造出耐用度極高的刀具，產品涵蓋木雕刀、大工刀與實用料理刀等。

🔨 Traditional Blacksmith Shop from Sanjo｜Masuda Kiridashi Kōbō
Founded in the early Showa era, Masuda Kiridashi Kōbō is a small blacksmith workshop based in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture with over 70 years of history.
Under the direction of second-generation master Masuda Ken, the workshop maintains traditional forging techniques from the Showa period, producing highly durable tools including carving knives, woodworking blades, and handcrafted kitchen knives.
