🔹 About Aogami #1 Steel

Aogami #1 (Blue Paper Steel No.1) is based on White Steel with the addition of chromium (Cr) and tungsten (W), improving wear resistance and edge retention.

Compared to Aogami #2, Aogami #1 contains more carbon, allowing it to achieve an even keener edge with longer-lasting sharpness.
